  • It is recommended to use 1*AA carbon battery, alkaline batteries will affect the accuracy of the clock.
  • When adjusting the time, firstly make sure that the pointer is at 12 o’clock, and insert the battery correctly, then rotate the movement gear clockwise to adjust to the current time.

If the clocks do not work, please kindly check the solutions:

 

    1. After the battery is installed correctly, please observe the gear inside the movement carefully. If the gear runs normally, which means that the clock is working.
    2. Re-adjust the battery polarity to make sure it is installed correctly.
    3. The “BUTTON” was pressed too tightly during transportation, pull out it and gently plug it back on again.
    4. Keep the hands parallel to each other and away from the frame to make sure they can run freely.
